Cherryblossom Island
While not an island in a traditional sense, Cherryblossom Island has nonetheless become a hub of trade and activity in its section of the East Blue. Made from the remains of old ships, some still showing their war scars. Planks connect the ships to one another, spiraling over miles until it reaches the center: a grand, intact ship where the island's de facto ruler lives, the home of the richest merchant in the East Blue.
A shining beacon of capitalism in the East Blue, there isn’t a true government. A few common laws are established, and the island is relatively self-policing. As such, a strong pirate presence is here, and while Marines are allowed to set foot on and trade with the merchants here, they are expected to not cause any trouble.
