Description: The Kosho Kosho no Mi, AKA Pepper Pepper Fruit is a Devilfruit that bestows on its user the ability to sprout peppers and other spices and herbs from one's hair, or if there is a lack of hair, their hair follicles themselves, both naturally and at will. To sprout them at will requires a bit of concentration, however, and an audible grunt can often be heard. These peppers can vary in types and varieties, from the Sweet Bell Pepper to the Bhut Jolokia and anything in between, and spices and herbs can range from Oregano to Dill and other things.
The fruit itself resembles a Red Savina Habanero, except it has a black swirly pattern coiling around it, and it is about the size of a grapefruit.

Concern 1: Why only for beards? - Fruits usually bestow an ability that's for the individual to use as they see fit and they don't usually require things like that - abilities are tailored towards being technically possible for everyone.

Concern 2: Half of the description is not about facts, but opinion. If something is wonderful or useless depends on the individual - parts like "Mind you, other than the peppers and spices, the ability is almost entirely useless." don't generally belong into an objective description. Write it so that it would be a viable, objective description, technically applicable to other people too (e.G. in case the character ever gets dropped and the fruit is free again).
