    Creation Rules

    Every Character needs, or every player wants, something that makes them special and unique, setting them off of everyone else. And how it is almost normal for One Piece, a personal style of fighting, an individual weapon or special devil fruit powers make excellent devices for this. But to not limit what is seen canon in terms of "power" and capabilties" in general, we have templates for almost everything your heart desires. Fruits, weapons, skills, techniques, styles, ships, items, everything you could imagine. But, to prevent abuse of power or similiar, everything has to go by this forum and get accepted into the inventory before it may be used by players.

    Every general "category" of things has it's own template, that one just fills out with the specifics of their idea. As with character creation, alowed is what is fun. The reviewing staff will work out if it is possible to play, and if it isn't, how it will be. If it is ready, just post your filled-out form in a new thread to the Creation Forum.

    Styles generally describe and dictate movements, preferred actions and the likes. Also general education how a possibly used weapon is incorporated into a battle fought with this style. A style description does not contain special techniques though, these are handled by the Techniques - which are generally strong skills like certain combinations of strikes, later maybe "energy waves" and such.
    Similiar goes for Devil Fruits and their techniques. The fruit description should describe the main ability -of which each fruit usually grants one- and not it's special techniques. For simple examples: the canon-known Gomu-Gomu ni Mi let's you stretch your body like rubber. That would be it's description, although possibly a little bit more detailed. While all the actual happenings such as the Gum-Gum-Pistol would be techniques.
    For picking requirements, try to just go by how complicated and requiring of the user the proceedings of a certain technique are, it's not a problem, if you are unsure - prerequisites and costs can easily be adjusted during review with help of the team.
    In terms of weapons, not every weapon one possesses needs to be approved. If it is just a run off the mill sword or dagger or something else, it's totally fine to just note "Sword" in your character sheet. Only higher grade equipment like Artists Weapons, Master Weapons, King's Weapons, etc. need to have an approved sheet. It is also recomended for more rare or complicated weapons. Maybe for certain ones that have an intellect value to their owner as well.
    The same applies to techniques. Not every strike needs to be a technique, not every item as a general item. In light of this, things may be rejected because of mediocrety.

    A general guideline for choosing somethings EXP cost: If you are unsure, try to go with the 100-fold value of the highest prerequisite expertise. Depending on individual techniques, it can then be adjusted in both directions as appropriate.

    Creating Islands

    As you can create all your own story devices if you want to, you can also create your individual islands for your advernture, everyone to use or other purposes. Naturally, they too have to be approved of, before you can actualy use them. Again, we have easy to use templates for this.

    Making an island requires propably the most thought of all, as a good island idea should have not only a single purpose, but have the potential to also be worth going to for other crews troughout the course of their play.
    If you apply a new island, you should always check that the key aspects are covered. Such as, what kind of gouvernment the island has, a King, a dictator, a democracy, or something entirely different. More important facts include the climate of the island, the development status of technology on the island, how they stand to marines and pirates, etc. Important and influential persons should also be noted if there are such.

    The template for islands is this:

    Island Name

    <Possibly an image>

    <A descriptive text of the island>

    News:

    <Recent noteworthy events>

    Citizens:

    <Possibly important citizens>
